Chili Garlic Steak

Ingredients

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 1 inch thick)

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

2 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat a skillet or cast iron pan over high heat until very hot.

Sear steaks for 2–3 minutes per side (adjust for preferred doneness).

Lower heat, add butter and Ibarra’s Chili Garlic to the pan.

Spoon the melted butter and chili garlic over the steaks for 1–2 minutes to baste.

Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.

For the Burger

Burger buns

Ground beef patties
-
Salt and pepper

Fresh lettuce leaves
For the Secret Sauce

2 tbsp ketchup
-
2 tbsp mayonnaise
-
1 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic
Instructions

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix ketchup, mayonnaise, honey, and IBARRA'S Chili Garlic until smooth. Set aside.

Cook the Patties: Season burger patties with salt and pepper. Grill or pan sear for 3–4 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking.

Assemble the Burger: Toast buns lightly. Layer lettuce, burger patty, and a generous drizzle of secret sauce. Top with the other bun half.

Ingredients

Sliced beef

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 onion, chopped

1 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tsp sesame oil

1–2 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic (adjust to your spice preference)
Instructions

Heat a wok or skillet over high heat. Add a little oil and stir fry beef until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, stir fry onions and bell peppers until slightly tender.

Return beef to the pan and add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well.

Stir in Ibarra’s Chili Garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.
