Chili Garlic Steak

Description

Juicy, tender steak seared to perfection and finished with a rich butter and Ibarra’s Chili Garlic glaze. Simple, bold, and bursting with flavor, proof that great steak doesn’t need much.

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 1 inch thick)

  • Salt, to taste

  • Pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a skillet or cast iron pan over high heat until very hot.

  3. Sear steaks for 2–3 minutes per side (adjust for preferred doneness).

  4. Lower heat, add butter and Ibarra’s Chili Garlic to the pan.

  5. Spoon the melted butter and chili garlic over the steaks for 1–2 minutes to baste.

  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.

Chili Garlic Burger with Secret Sauce

Juicy burger patties layered with fresh lettuce and drizzled with our sweet, tangy, and spicy secret sauce made with Ibarra’s Chili Garlic. Perfect for a quick meal that still feels special.

Ingredients

For the Burger

  • Burger buns

  • Ground beef patties

  • Salt and pepper

  • Fresh lettuce leaves

For the Secret Sauce

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

Instructions

  1. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix ketchup, mayonnaise, honey, and IBARRA'S Chili Garlic until smooth. Set aside.

  2. Cook the Patties: Season burger patties with salt and pepper. Grill or pan sear for 3–4 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking.

  3. Assemble the Burger: Toast buns lightly. Layer lettuce, burger patty, and a generous drizzle of secret sauce. Top with the other bun half.

  4. Serve with extra sauce for dipping.

Beef Stir Fry with Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

Description

Quick, colorful, and full of flavor. Tender beef strips stir fried with bell peppers and onions, finished with a savory-sweet sauce and a spicy kick from Ibarra’s Chili Garlic. Perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • Sliced beef

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1–2 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic (adjust to your spice preference)

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or skillet over high heat. Add a little oil and stir fry beef until browned. Remove and set aside.

  2. In the same pan, stir fry onions and bell peppers until slightly tender.

  3. Return beef to the pan and add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well.

  4. Stir in Ibarra’s Chili Garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.

  5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
