Crispy Pork Belly with Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

Description

Pork Belly with Ibarra’s Chili Garlic is a Filipino inspired dish that’s crispy outside, tender inside, and full of bold flavor. Marinated in soy sauce, lemon juice, and our signature chili garlic, then air fried until golden and crunchy. Best enjoyed with warm rice.

Ingredients

  • Pork belly

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 1 big spoon of Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • A splash of soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Season pork belly with salt, pepper, chili garlic, lemon juice, and soy sauce.

  2. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Air fry until skin is crispy and meat is golden brown.

  4. Serve hot with steamed rice or your favorite side dishes.

Salted Egg Shrimp with Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

Description

Rich, creamy, and carry a spicy kick. These silky shrimp are coated in a luscious salted egg sauce infused with Ibarra’s signature chili garlic crunch. Perfect over rice or as a standout appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp (approx. 500 g), shelled and deveined

  • ¼ cup butter

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 salted egg yolks, mashed until smooth

  • 2 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic 

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • Optional: a splash of coconut milk for extra creaminess

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  2. Stir in Ibarra’s Chili Garlic Crunch and let it infuse into the butter.

  3. Add mashed salted egg yolks and oyster sauce, stirring until the sauce is smooth and glossy.

  4. Toss in the shrimp, coating each piece thoroughly. Cook until the shrimp are just done.

  5. For an ultra-creamy finish, stir in a splash of coconut milk.

  6. Serve immediately over steamed rice or as a rich appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch (for crispiness)

  • 2–3 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic (adjust to your heat preference)

  • 1 tbsp butter (optional for a richer glaze)

Instructions

  • Season chicken wings with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with cornstarch.

  • Air fry or deep fry until golden and crispy.

  • Toss hot wings with Ibarra’s Chili Garlic in a large bowl or skillet. Add melted butter for extra richness if desired.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice (day old works best)

  • 2 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 eggs, scrambled

  • 1 cup ham (or your choice of meat), diced

  • 1½ cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, green beans, corn)

  • 1–2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1–2 green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or skillet over medium heat. Add Ibarra’s Chili Garlic and minced garlic, cook until fragrant.

  2. Push the garlic to the side, add beaten eggs, and scramble until just set.

  3. Add ham and mixed vegetables, stir fry for 2–3 minutes.

  4. Add rice, breaking up clumps, and mix everything together.

  5. Drizzle in soy sauce, toss until evenly coated, and stir fry for another 2–3 minutes.

  6. Top with chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot.
