Garlic and Tomato Confit with Mozzarella

Description
Sweet, slow-roasted tomatoes and garlic with fragrant rosemary, topped with gooey mozzarella and a kick from Ibarra’s Chili Garlic. Perfect over crusty toasted bread for a cheesy, garlicky, herby bite.
Ingredients

Ripe tomatoes, halved or quartered

Whole garlic cloves, peeled

Olive oil (enough to submerge the tomatoes and garlic)

Fresh rosemary sprigs

1–2 big spoons Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

Fresh mozzarella slices or shredded mozzarella

Toasted bread slices
Instructions

Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).

Place tomatoes, garlic, and rosemary in a baking dish, then pour in olive oil until just covered.

Slow roast for 45–60 minutes, or until garlic is soft and tomatoes are tender.

Top with mozzarella and return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Spoon over toasted bread, drizzle with Ibarra’s Chili Garlic, and serve hot.
Quick & Easy Chili Garlic Fried Rice

Description
A fast, flavorful fried rice loaded with veggies, ham, egg, and a spicy boost from Ibarra’s Chili Garlic. Perfect for using up leftovers and ready in minutes.
Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)

1 big spoon Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

1 cup mixed veggies (carrots, peas, corn, green beans)

1 cup diced ham (or any protein you like)

2 eggs, scrambled
-
Soy sauce, to taste
-
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Scramble eggs in a hot pan and set aside.

Add ham and veggies to the same pan, stir-fry until heated through.

Add rice, soy sauce, and Ibarra’s Chili Garlic. Mix well.

Toss scrambled eggs back in. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot and enjoy.
