Farmers Market Seller

Location: The Woodlands, Tomball, Lake Houston/Humble
Type: Part-Time

​

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic individuals to sell our products at farmers markets.  You will engage with customers, offer samples, and help grow our brand presence in the local community.

​

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and break down our farmers market booth (tent, table, displays)

  • Sell products and handle customer transactions (cash & card)

  • Share our brand story and answer customer questions

  • Offer samples and engage shoppers with enthusiasm

  • Keep the booth clean, organized, and stocked

  • Track sales and provide feedback after each market day

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented

  • Reliable and punctual (markets usually start early mornings)

  • Able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs (for booth setup and product boxes)

  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

  • No prior experience required — training provided

  • Passionate about food and small business

  • Must have weekend availability

TikTok Live Seller

Location: Online / Virtual
Type: Part-Time

​

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and camera-friendly TikTok Live Seller to showcase and sell our products during live streams. Your goal is to engage viewers, explain the product clearly, and encourage them to purchase in real time.

​

What You’ll Do

  • Host live selling sessions on TikTok

  • Demonstrate and talk about the products clearly and enthusiastically

  • Interact with viewers, answer questions, and keep the live engaging

  • Follow the live selling script or guidelines provided

  • Help drive sales and meet simple performance goals

  • Provide feedback on customer reactions and live performance

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with an audience

  • Energetic, friendly, and confident personality

  • Basic product knowledge (training provided)

  • Experience in live selling is a plus, but not required

  • Reliable internet connection and a good phone camera

  • Ability to work independently and be consistently available for scheduled live sessions

  • Can commit to at least 2 hours of live selling

Affiliate Marketer

We are looking for motivated individuals to promote our products using their unique referral link. As an Affiliate Marketer, you earn a commission for every sale you generate through your content or promotions.

What You’ll Do

  • Share your affiliate link on social media, blogs, or groups

  • Create simple content or posts to encourage people to purchase

  • Drive traffic and generate sales through your referral link

  • Track your performance using the affiliate dashboard

  • Stay updated with monthly campaigns or promotions

  • Provide honest feedback about the product and customer questions

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic understanding of social media or online selling

  • No need to show your face — anyone can join

  • Motivated to earn commissions

  • Good communication and promotional skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • No experience needed; simple guidelines provided

  • Tiered commissions:

    • First 5 sales: 10%

    • 6–30 sales: 15%

    • 31+ sales: 18–20%

  • Monthly performance bonus: Additional $200 if a sales target is met

  • Experience in sales, preferably in food or retail.

  • Outgoing, motivated, and customer-focused.

  • Great communication and negotiation skills.

Marketing Associate

Location: Houston, TX (hybrid: some in-person content creation required)
Type: Part-Time

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Associate who loves storytelling through content. This role is perfect for someone who’s skilled in taking videos, photos, and creating engaging ads that can help us grow our online presence and brand awareness.

What You’ll Do

  • Capture high-quality videos and photos of our products, behind-the-scenes, and events

  • Create social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) that drives engagement

  • Assist in designing ads for digital platforms

  • Collaborate on brand storytelling to make IBARRA’S more visible and memorable

  • Track and share content performance insights (what’s working, what can improve)

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in content creation (photos & short-form video)

  • Familiar with social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Ads)

  • Basic graphic design/editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

  • Creative eye for detail, good sense of branding

  • Passionate about food and storytelling

  • Self-starter who can work independently and bring new ideas
