Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Associate who loves storytelling through content. This role is perfect for someone who’s skilled in taking videos, photos, and creating engaging ads that can help us grow our online presence and brand awareness.
What You’ll Do

Capture high-quality videos and photos of our products, behind-the-scenes, and events

Create social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) that drives engagement

Assist in designing ads for digital platforms

Collaborate on brand storytelling to make IBARRA’S more visible and memorable

Track and share content performance insights (what’s working, what can improve)
What We’re Looking For

Experience in content creation (photos & short-form video)

Familiar with social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Ads)

Basic graphic design/editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

Creative eye for detail, good sense of branding

Passionate about food and storytelling

Self-starter who can work independently and bring new ideas

Farmers Market Seller
Location: The Woodlands, Tomball, Bay Area (in-person)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Farmers Market Seller to represent IBARRA’S at local markets. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, sharing stories about food, and creating a great customer experience.
What You’ll Do

Set up and break down our farmers market booth (tent, table, displays)

Sell products and handle customer transactions (cash & card)

Share our brand story and answer customer questions

Offer samples and engage shoppers with enthusiasm

Keep the booth clean, organized, and stocked

Track sales and provide feedback after each market day
What We’re Looking For

Outgoing and personable—comfortable talking to strangers with a smile

Reliable and punctual (markets usually start early mornings)

Able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs (for booth setup and product boxes)

Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Passionate about food and small business

Must have weekend availability
