Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy every jar of IBARRA'S Chili Garlic. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery to better assist you.
We’ll gladly replace or refund if:
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your package was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

How to request a refund or replacement

  1. Email us at sales@ibarragourmet.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the problem

    • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

  2. We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days and update you on the next steps.

Please note

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened jars.

  • Refunds are not available for incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

  • We’re unable to process refunds for change of mind after your order has shipped.
