We want you to enjoy every jar of IBARRA'S Chili Garlic. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery to better assist you.
We’ll gladly replace or refund if:

Your package was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened jars.

Refunds are not available for incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

We’re unable to process refunds for change of mind after your order has shipped.
