Fried Chili Tofu

Description
Golden fried tofu tossed with IBARRA'S Chili Garlic, crisp lettuce, and a savory oyster sauce glaze — simple, spicy, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients

Firm tofu, cubed

Olive oil, for frying

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 big spoon of IBARRA'S Chili Garlic (plus extra for topping)

Any green leafy veggies of choice (chopped)

1–2 tbsp oyster sauce
Instructions

Season tofu with salt and pepper. Pan-fry in olive oil until golden and crispy. Set aside.

In the same pan, add IBARRA'S Chili Garlic and oyster sauce. Stir to combine.

Toss in veggies of choice, followed by the fried tofu. Mix gently to coat everything in the sauce.

Top with extra IBARRA'S Chili Garlic before serving.

For extra garnish and flavor add Thai basil.
