Chili Garlic Cucumber Salad

Description
Cool, crunchy cucumber meets creamy Kewpie mayo, savory soy sauce, tangy rice vinegar, and a kick of Ibarra’s Chili Garlic. Topped with everything bagel seasoning and sesame seeds, this salad is refreshing with a spicy twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1–2 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise

  • 1 big spoon Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning

  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumber and place in a bowl.

  2. Add Kewpie mayo, Ibarra’s Chili Garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.

  3. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat evenly.

  4. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and sesame seeds.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Loaded Salmon Bagel

Instructions

  2. Layer smoked salmon on top.

Crispy, juicy chicken wings coated in Ibarra’s Chili Garlic for a festive, flavor-packed bite. A little spicy, a little savory, and perfect for sharing during Christmas gatherings or any special occasion.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch (for crispiness)

  • 2–3 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic (adjust to your heat preference)

  • 1 tbsp butter (optional for a richer glaze)

Instructions

  • Season chicken wings with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with cornstarch.

  • Air fry or deep fry until golden and crispy.

  • Toss hot wings with Ibarra’s Chili Garlic in a large bowl or skillet. Add melted butter for extra richness if desired.
