Salted Egg Shrimp with Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

Description

Rich, creamy, and carry a spicy kick. These silky shrimp are coated in a luscious salted egg sauce infused with Ibarra’s signature chili garlic crunch. Perfect over rice or as a standout appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp (approx. 500 g), shelled and deveined

  • ¼ cup butter

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 salted egg yolks, mashed until smooth

  • 2 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic 

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • Optional: a splash of coconut milk for extra creaminess

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  2. Stir in Ibarra’s Chili Garlic Crunch and let it infuse into the butter.

  3. Add mashed salted egg yolks and oyster sauce, stirring until the sauce is smooth and glossy.

  4. Toss in the shrimp, coating each piece thoroughly. Cook until the shrimp are just done.

  5. For an ultra-creamy finish, stir in a splash of coconut milk.

  6. Serve immediately over steamed rice or as a rich appetizer.

Shrimp Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
in Olive Oil

Description

Juicy shrimp, tangy sun-dried tomatoes, and briny capers all tossed in buttery olive oil with a good spoon of Ibarra’s Chili Garlic for that kick. Fresh basil and greens make it bright and fresh, and every bite is loaded with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta of choice (spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccine)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1–2 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic (plus more for topping)

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 tbsp capers

  • 300 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • Handful of fresh basil leaves

  • 1 cup leafy greens (spinach or arugula)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

  2. In a pan over medium heat, heat olive oil and butter until aromatic.

  3. Stir in Ibarra’s Chili Garlic for that signature kick.

  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes and capers, sautéing for 1–2 minutes.

  5. Toss in shrimp and basil, cooking until shrimp turn pink and tender.

  6. Add leafy greens and cooked pasta, tossing until evenly coated. Use reserved pasta water to loosen if needed.

  7. Top with more Ibarra’s Chili Garlic before serving.

💡 Tip: For extra depth, use some of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes in place of olive oil.

Buttered Chili Garlic Shrimp

Description

Buttery, bold, and packed with chili garlic flavor. Juicy shrimp are tossed in melted butter, paprika, Old Bay, and Ibarra’s Chili Garlic, then finished with lemon, green onions, and crispy garlic for that perfect bite.

Ingredients

  • ½ stick butter

  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 big spoon Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

  • Paprika, to taste

  • Old Bay seasoning, to taste

  • Salt, to taste

  • Lemon juice, to taste

  • Green onions, chopped

  • Crispy garlic (store bought or pre-cooked and jarred)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a hot pan.

  2. Add shrimp and season with paprika, Old Bay, and Ibarra’s Chili Garlic.

  3. Once shrimp turns orange, add salt and a squeeze of lemon.

  4. Toss in green onions.

  5. Finish with crispy garlic on top.

  6. Plate it up and dig in.

Oriental Shrimp Pasta

Spicy, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Juicy shrimp, crisp veggies, and al dente pasta come together with a kick of Ibarra’s Chili Garlic for the ultimate weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
• 200g pasta of your choice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 big spoon Ibarra’s Chili Garlic
• 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 1 zucchini, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan.

  3. Add Ibarra’s Chili Garlic and cook until fragrant.

  4. Toss in shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, cook until just pink.

  5. Add onion, zucchini, and red bell pepper; sauté until veggies are slightly tender.

  6. Add cooked pasta and toss until everything is well coated.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy.

Spicy Jambalaya

Description
A hearty, flavor-packed one-pot meal loaded with shrimp, smoky sausage, and colorful veggies: all brought together with a bold Creole kick and a touch of Ibarra’s Chili Garlic.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 link smoked sausage, sliced

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 carrot, diced

  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 bell pepper, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 bay leafxq1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • 1–2 tsp Creole seasoning (to taste)

  • 1–2 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

  • 1 cup jasmine rice

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned.

  2. Stir in carrots, celery, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.

  3. Add garlic, bay leaf, salt, pepper, Creole seasoning, and Ibarra’s Chili Garlic. Stir until fragrant.

  4. Add rice, diced tomatoes, and water. Stir well, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15–20 minutes until rice is almost cooked.

  5. Add shrimp on top, cover, and cook for another 5–7 minutes or until shrimp is pink and rice is fully cooked.

  6. Remove bay leaf, fluff the rice, and serve hot.
