Chili Sun-Dried Alfredo Pasta

Description
Creamy, spicy, and packed with flavor. This pasta bake combines golden fried Spam, tangy sun-dried tomatoes, Alfredo sauce, and Ibarra’s Chili Garlic, all topped with gooey mozzarella for the ultimate comfort food.

Ingredients
• 300g pasta of your choice
• 1 can Spam, cubed
• 1 big spoon Ibarra’s Chili Garlic
• ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
• 1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce
• 1 cup shredded chicken (optional)
• 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
• Parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; set aside.

  2. Fry Spam cubes in a pan until golden brown; remove and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, add Ibarra’s Chili Garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté until fragrant.

  4. Stir in Alfredo sauce, then add shredded chicken (if using) and the fried Spam.

  5. Add pasta to the sauce mixture and toss until coated.

  6. Transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Shrimp Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
in Olive Oil

Description

Juicy shrimp, tangy sun-dried tomatoes, and briny capers all tossed in buttery olive oil with a good spoon of Ibarra’s Chili Garlic for that kick. Fresh basil and greens make it bright and fresh, and every bite is loaded with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta of choice (spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccine)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1–2 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic (plus more for topping)

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 tbsp capers

  • 300 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • Handful of fresh basil leaves

  • 1 cup leafy greens (spinach or arugula)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

  2. In a pan over medium heat, heat olive oil and butter until aromatic.

  3. Stir in Ibarra’s Chili Garlic for that signature kick.

  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes and capers, sautéing for 1–2 minutes.

  5. Toss in shrimp and basil, cooking until shrimp turn pink and tender.

  6. Add leafy greens and cooked pasta, tossing until evenly coated. Use reserved pasta water to loosen if needed.

  7. Top with more Ibarra’s Chili Garlic before serving.

💡 Tip: For extra depth, use some of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes in place of olive oil.

  • 1 boiled egg, halved

  • 1 big spoon Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

  • Optional toppings: sliced green onions, corn, leftover meat, vegetables

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen according to package instructions.

  2. Prepare a boiled egg to your preferred doneness (soft or hard), then peel and halve.

  3. Add your choice of extras: veggies, meat, or both.

  4. Stir in Ibarra’s Chili Garlic.

  • Pasta of your choice

  • A handful of kale

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup evaporated milk or heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage in a pot until browned.

  2. Add Ibarra’s Chili Garlic and stir.

  3. Pour in water and pasta; cook until pasta is tender.

  4. Add kale, season with salt and pepper, then pour in cream.

  5. Serve warm and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack instant noodles

  • 1 big spoon Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

  • 1 egg (soft-boiled or poached)

  • Green onions, chopped (optional)

  • Sesame seeds (optional)

  • Fresh chili slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil and cook noodles as directed on the package.

  2. Stir in Ibarra’s Chili Garlic for a savory, spicy boost.

  3. Soft-boil an egg separately, or crack it directly into the pot for a poached effect. Cook to your desired consistency.

  4. Pour noodles and egg into a bowl. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or fresh chili.
