Chili Sun-Dried Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients
• 300g pasta of your choice
• 1 can Spam, cubed
• 1 big spoon Ibarra’s Chili Garlic
• ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
• 1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce
• 1 cup shredded chicken (optional)
• 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
• Parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions; set aside.

Fry Spam cubes in a pan until golden brown; remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add Ibarra’s Chili Garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté until fragrant.

Stir in Alfredo sauce, then add shredded chicken (if using) and the fried Spam.

Add pasta to the sauce mixture and toss until coated.

Transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Shrimp Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
in Olive Oil

Ingredients

250 g pasta of choice (spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccine)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter
-
1–2 tbsp Ibarra’s Chili Garlic (plus more for topping)

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
-
1 tbsp capers
-
300 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

Handful of fresh basil leaves

1 cup leafy greens (spinach or arugula)

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

In a pan over medium heat, heat olive oil and butter until aromatic.

Stir in Ibarra’s Chili Garlic for that signature kick.

Add sun-dried tomatoes and capers, sautéing for 1–2 minutes.

Toss in shrimp and basil, cooking until shrimp turn pink and tender.

Add leafy greens and cooked pasta, tossing until evenly coated. Use reserved pasta water to loosen if needed.

Top with more Ibarra’s Chili Garlic before serving.
