Description
Pork Belly with IBARRA'S Chili Garlic is a Filipino inspired dish that’s crispy outside, tender inside, and full of bold flavor. Marinated in soy sauce, lemon juice, and our signature chili garlic, then air fried or deep fried until golden and crunchy. Best enjoyed with warm rice.

1 big spoon of Ibarra’s Chili Garlic

1 lemon, juiced

A splash of soy sauce
Instructions

Season pork belly with salt, pepper, chili garlic, lemon juice, and soy sauce.

Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Air fry until skin is crispy and meat is golden brown.

Serve hot with steamed rice or your favorite side dishes.

Description
Juicy thick slices of pork belly marinated in a savory soy sauce mix with a spicy kick from IBARRA'S Chili Garlic, then grilled or pan fried until smoky, tender, and full of flavor. Perfect with rice and a side of pickled vegetables.
Ingredients

1–1.5 lbs pork belly (sliced)

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp IBARRA'S Chili Garlic

1 tbsp vinegar or calamansi juice

1 tsp honey (optional, for balance)

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, IBARRA'S Chili Garlic, vinegar or calamansi juice, honey, salt, and pepper.

Add pork belly and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight for deeper flavor).

Grill over charcoal until fully cooked and edges are caramelized.

Serve hot with steamed rice, dipping sauce.
